Skoltech Scholarships 2023 are currently available in Russia. Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is a Russian private graduate research university located in Skolkovo, a Moscow suburb. In conjunction with MIT, it was founded in 2011. Applicants with any type of citizenship are eligible to apply. Skoltech Russian Scholarships are available for master’s and doctoral degrees. There is no application fee. IELTS or TOEFL are not required.

Eligibility Criteria

The Following Eligibility Criteria will be considered for the free scholarships for international students in Russia Scxoltech University.

• A TOEFL or IELTS Score is Not Required if the applicant received a degree at a university where the medium of instruction is English.
• Skoltech focuses on acquiring the highest levels of talent and applicants must meet at least the minimum requirements.
• For Master’s programs: Bachelor’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
• For Doctoral programs: Master’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
• No GRE Score is required.
• Applicants must have good Academic Record.
• All Domestic & International students are eligible.
